Due to an expansion of the business during the past year, we are excited to announce that two new employees have joined the team to provide greater support to both our new and current clients.
Julia Farina – Operations and Customer Support
As head of Operations and Customer Support, Julia will support our customers by developing a range of programs that will streamline systems and processes, in order to improve the experience for the customer.
With a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Julia’s career includes over 20 years’ experience within the areas of customer service, support and process improvement. Recently, her role as General Manager for Northern Inland Football saw Julia manage the delivery of football to over 6,100 players and hundreds of volunteers and clubs across the region. Earlier roles include Corporate Planner and Technical Business Analyst for Tamworth Regional Council, Project and Reporting Analytics for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Australia and Senior Product Manager at nib Health Fund.
Julia’s dedication and passion for working with internal and external stakeholders on many levels, combined with her substantial experience, has given her the right tools to achieve the best outcome for Bondi Broker’s clients. Julia is looking forward to being part of a company that strives toward making a difference in peoples’ lives.
Wayne Cottrell – Financial Health Specialist
Wayne Cottrell has undertaken the role of Financial Health Specialist with a key focus to review each customers’ financial health and develop programs to improve their overall financial wellbeing.
Wayne is a qualified accountant who is completing Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has a background in banking, data analytics and financial planning. Most recently, he has been employed as an Accountant and Business Analyst for Joblink Plus, and Rates Officer and Senior Accountant for Liverpool Plains Shire Council. He has also worked as a Senior Financial Planner and Banking Adviser for NAB.
Keen to share his many years of diverse financial knowledge and experience with Bondi Broker’s customers, Wayne is passionate about empowering people to understand their finances and the impact of their financial decisions. This way, he can help them identify their financial goals and find the best way forward to achieve them.
